The election on Thursday 4 May 2023 was ‘uncontested‘ as there were six nominations for the six vacancies.
Vacancies can occur when councillors retire or pass away. Elections will be held is more than one nomination is received; otherwise the Council will seek to fill vacancies via co-option.
